Both are the same chemical at different strengths. 50% delivers more active oxygen per kilo, so less volume is needed for the same bleaching or oxidation effect, but it's more aggressive to handle and store. Which one you order depends on your dosing setup.
Yes. At 35% and 50% it's classified as an oxidiser with corrosive effects (UN 2014, Class 5.1, subsidiary Class 8) and causes severe skin and eye burns on contact. It is not flammable itself but intensifies fires.
